The trial is intended to let a student experience the platform rather than only view a demo. AI-powered actions have controlled trial allowances so the system can be tested responsibly before subscription.

Extra AI
If the included Pro AI capacity is used, optional Extra AI can be purchased separately. Purchased Extra AI remains available on the account until used.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds concern payments already made.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel subscription renewal from Plan & AI. Your current paid access normally continues through the end of the paid period unless a refund is separately approved or a withdrawal right is exercised.
Initial 14-day route
The first paid XYSHIMA Pro subscription includes an initial 14-day withdrawal/refund route. During that period, eligible accounts can use the dedicated withdrawal control in Plan & AI. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Automatic renewals do not create a new voluntary 14-day XYSHIMA refund period. Our courtesy policy is 24 hours for an accidental monthly renewal and 48 hours for an accidental annual renewal, provided there has been no substantial use after the renewal. Mandatory legal rights always take priority.
